How to uninstall C-Pen Core on MAC-OS
In case of update problems leaving traces of old versions -- this is how to get a clean start:
- Disconnect the C-Pen from your MAC
- Go to System Preferences --> C-Pen Core settings and uncheck Enable Input Method checkbox..
- Go to your [user] Home folder (Harddisk --> Users --> [your account]) and run the C-Pen uninstaller (in the uninstaller: click Select All and then Uninstall).
- Finally delete the C-Pen Uninstaller in the Home folder.
This far we’ve cleaned the latest version and normally this is it.
However, in case there are problems with previous C-Pen Core version remains we need to do the following to remove the old one…
1. Download CPenCore_1.3b2.dmg and run the uninstaller (in the uninstaller: click Select All and then Uninstall).
2. If necessary, eject the recently mounted installer (C-Pen Core) by dragging it to the trash bin.
3. Reboot.
Now download and install the latest C-Pen Core for MAC OSX for your C-Pen model.
