How to reload C-Pen USB drivers (Windows)
- Make sure the C-Pen USb cable is connected to your PC.
- Open the Device Manager. Assuming you have Win 7 or newer just press the Windows start button and start typing Device Manager in the search box and the DM icon will show up.
- Search Device Manager for en entry named Input Pen (see attached screenshot) and subentry C-Pen xx. If you can't find it then search for an Unknown USB device entry.
- Right click on the C-Pen xx entry (or the Unknown if applicable) and select Uninstall.
- Disconnect the C-Pen xx USB and reconnect it again. This reloads the drivers.
NOTE:
- Should the drivers not reload automatically in 5. then they can be updated manually (select Update driver instead of Uninstall in 4.).
- If C-Pen Core is installed then the drivers are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\C Technologies\C-Pen Core\UsbDriver.
