TS1 connection debug on MAC OSX

Follow steps below to capture debug log for TS1 on MAC OSX.


  1. Download new CPenCore.app
  2. Replace /Library/Input Methods/CPenCore with the downloaded version.
  3. Open a terminal window (Spotlight search Terminal to find it).
  4. Run command sudo open "/Library/Input Methods/CPenCore.app/Contents/MacOS/CPenCore"
  5. This command will open a new window in which a debug log will show.
  6. Connect the TS1, copy the debug log in the above mentioned window and send to [email protected].

Download and reinstall C-Pen Core for MAC to return to original version.
