Check your Windows system

This article refers to computer connected (USB) C-PEN models.

• Some of the older C-PEN models (C-PEN 200/600/800/10/20) works with 32 bit Windows only.
• Newer models (C-PEN 3.0/3.5/TS1) works with both 32 bit and 64 bit.

To check your Windows system…

1. Press Start button+Pause/Break button
2. In the windows showing up, locate System type (32 bit or 64 bit).
